Achievements
Over the past twenty years, the Holmwood Past Student Atlanta Chapter has awarded over over 825 students, in the amount of $319,206USD. And “In the month of June 2026, we purchased 7 Air Conditioner units to outfit the auditorium that was damaged in hurricane Mellissa. Total $12,000 USD.
The majority of our past recipients have matriculated to University of the West Indies; University of Technology; Northern Caribbean University; Mico, Church, Shortwood Teachers colleges; HEART Program and other tertiary institution in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Some are now lawyers, doctors, soldiers, police officers, teachers, bankers, entrepreneurs and Government employees. Our program has helped these financially challenged students to secure their destined place in society.
